Easy Turkey Chile Verde Meatballs Gluten Free

Looking for a quick, flavorful easy meal? Try these Turkey Chile Verde Meatballs! They’re packed with veggies and perfect for any occasion. Here’s how you can make them:

Ingredients

  • – 1/2 lb organic ground turkey
  • – 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • – 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • – 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • – 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • – Salt and pepper to taste
  • – 1/2 tsp oregano
  • – 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • – 1 red bell pepper diced
  • -1/2 cup of almond flour
  • -1 egg

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic. Dice the yellow and red bell peppers.
  2. Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, onion powder, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano & bell peppers, onions. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Form the Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  6. Bake the Meatballs: Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and golden brown.
  7. Add chile verde salsa to give it a kick of spice, you can always omit and add your fave sauce instead
