Pumpkin Milk (Gf,Vegan)

LOve making my own nut & seed plant milks not only does it save me money has loads of healthy beneifits. Did ou know pumpkin seeds are high minerals such as manganese, zinc,iron,vitamin C, anti parasitic and also low histamine which makes it a great alternitive milk to drink.

Ingredients

*1 c raw soaked pumpkin seeds

*3 c filtered water

*1 tsp vanilla powder extract

*1/4 tsp pink pink salt

*1-2 tbs maple syurp or a date

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minute.
  2. Pour into a glass jar and chill in the fridge.
  3. Make sure you shake before pouring and serving and enjoy

NOTE: soak your pumpkin seeds after 6 hours or overnight helps your milk be more smoothier and easier to diguest(optional)
