Ingredients
- – 1/2 lb organic ground turkey
- – 1/2 onion finely chopped
- – 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- – 1/2 tsp onion powder
- – 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- – Salt and pepper to taste
- – 1/2 tsp oregano
- – 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- – 1 red bell pepper diced
- -1/2 cup of almond flour
- -1 egg

Prep Your Ingredients: Start by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic. Dice the yellow and red bell peppers.

Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, onion powder, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano & bell peppers, onions. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
